Love our 3rd's names for his siblings...
Recently he's been calling G "Grace Grace" and H "Huddy" and then for his little brother- there's most of the time "Aba Aba!" (real low voice)- or "Baby Aba", "Babe-ra-ham", "Baby Ham", and when he gets it all out- "Baby Abraham".
We're thankful for his love for all his siblings and for a seemingly sweet adjustment to not being the baby anymore. He does of course still have his "terrible two" moments. Example: We're putting the kids to bed- Craig was trying to read a chapter from the Lion, Witch & Wardrobe. Titus starts buzzing his lips. Craig tells him to stop, he doesn't. Craig says (instead of spanking the direct disobedience, which I'm much more a culprit of lazy parenting than my dear husband) "Go to the bathroom if you're going to buzz your lips." The bathroom is right outside the kids' room. Titus proceeds to go to the bathroom by himself and continue buzzing his lips- we all burst out laughing after a minute of thinking about T alone in the bathroom buzzing his lips (he didn't close the door). That of course was the most thrilling thing that could've happened for Tito :)

Lullabies
Or (By-ba-lies) as the kids like to say :)
Titus had been saying for weeks before Abraham's arrival, "Mama, take out the baby." And was anxiously awaiting "Hold(ing) him" and "Sing(ing) to him".
I'm not sure how much Abraham likes his songs however- as they usually start out sweet, and end up sounding like Titus could take over for Jim Cornelison when he retires :)

Baby Abraham
Already 5 days old! We're all loving the new little guy.

Baby love...

Too far from baby...

Better...

Makes Titus- of course- seem huge, and even being as little as he is, Abraham makes our house seem more boy. See pictures below of Titus about to be slammed to the ground (in joy)...

And Hudson- also seems huge- lost his other front tooth already!

Big Day
August 27th was a big day in the Coady family- especially for our oldest. He'd been looking forward to his first soccer game for months. His (and his uncle Wil's) team Indiana was up against Arizona. According to Hudson, the final score was 8-8, however that was not official- and several of Arizona's goals were with hands or from the out of bounds side...
Below are some shots of the game- thumbs up after his first goal (Hudson isn't one who stays on his feet very well)...watching with his siblings...and another action shot with Wil and others.

After the game, Hudson informed us of one plan he had made with Tanner and Wil. He was going to yell Tanner's name then actually kick it to Wil, tricking everyone. They never got around to trying this. And another interesting game tid-bit, we asked H what he was talking to the other team about at one point in the game. He said that a kid on the other team told them, "You're going down to the ground." I asked him what he said, his quick-witted response: "No, actually, you are going down to the ground." :) Was pretty surprised at the smack-talk in a 5 year old game!
Game #2 this Saturday- he's counting down the hours. We're also all hoping to meet little brother soon too. Hoping that somehow he may arrive at a time where Craig can head to Seattle for our dear friend Abe's wedding on Saturday, but looking less and less like a possibility :( 8 days til the due date.
